Just an FYI, I installed a Simrad Go9 XSE today in the driver glove box of my 192 Tournament. It is extremely tight, definitely the max that you could fit in the box. In fact it is so tight that you cannot put the cover on the unit when it is installed. I typically remove my electronics between use so that’s not a concern for me.
I moved my VHF to a bracket mount beneath the console that is more or less flush with the face of the console in front of my right knee when I sit. I’ll post pictures when I have a minute.
