Hey KY Grady,
I came across this old thread and wondering how much you got for your 04 F225? I have almost the same engine with about 600 hours, exhaust replaced, and good compression, still running strong but thinking about repowering.

$7500, but you may be able to do better, you have half the hours that mine had.
