2004 Yamaha F225 with 466 hours, $1,100. New exhaust kit, but block has corrosion

I just did the exhaust kit repair, but then found that the block has corrosion. Engine has only 466 hours since new. For sale:
30" mid section with lower unit, $800.
or the entire engine, $1,100 with Yamaha SWS II prop.

I am in northern California.
