I'm starting to believe a 228 newer than my 2006 Adventure is not in the cards for this humble skipper. Again that yacht would cost me $86000 in this countries currancy. Unless just one of you would like to start a "GoFundMe"...............unlikely? But I will likely continue the the search. One never knows. Keep em comming Mustang!

I think it's a little bit overpriced as well, but it honestly wouldn't surprise me if he sold it for close to that price. There was an almost identical boat to mine that sold last summer on the Seattle CL site that had radar and a kicker motor, whereas mine doesn't, but it sold for $65k.
