2008 Tournament 225 Bimini Top Holder/Pin Questions

The legs of the bimini top fit into a Taco holder then secured in place with a pin. The pin is attached to the Taco holder by a small steel leader. The steel leader broke.

Here's the problem. It appears that one would simply back out the two screws that holder the Taco holder in place. That does not seem to work. Can anyone instruct me how to remove the Taco holder and replace the pin? I have extra pins with the steel wire attached. I think the the hardware is called a ball and socket fitting.

If I remember correctly, it is thru bolted. Just have to get a nutdriver on the nut and back the screw out be sure to reseal and pay attention that you get the wire loop back under the mount on the end that has a little space for it.
