The motor runs perfectly. Starts easily, runs strong.

This could be a great repower opportunity.

Location?

It would be helpful to add a bunch more pictures - along with pics of the damage and a better description.

Floor integrity and transom integrity?

Is there a title for the trailer?

Hello and thanks for your response.
The boat is located in Stratford, Ct.
There is no visible damage to the hull. I was unable to locate the source of the leak last year. We kept the boat in a slip from April through December last year and used it dozens of time. When I took it out of the water and removed the drain plug, gallons of water drained. None was visible in the bilge prior to that - and it has a working bilge pump - so I assume the water was up front and only drained when I removed it from the water and it was on a steep ramp. The boat is solid except for the panel over the gas tank, which is a little spongy. I have a title for the trailer but never registered it. I normally only use it twice per year to go 1 mile but have maintained the bearings and towed the boat 30+ miles without a problem. I also put new trailer lights on last year and a new trailer jack. In 2022 I damaged the skeg on a rock and had a new skeg welded on after the season. Shortly after that, the lower unit blew - I think as a result of the welding or maybe they did not put lower unit oil in (hard to tell after the fact). I then replaced the lower unit with a new one. The new one needs paint (to look nice, it is chipping) but it works perfectly. The boat is shrink wrapped. If you are interested, I can unwrap it to take pics. I am also willing to sea trial it. I purchased another boat and want to move this one. Let me know if you are interested.
