209 Escape or Fisherman 222

We've been looking at pre-owned 209 Escapes (2001+) and have been focused on this model when an older 1999 Fisherman 222 comes on the scene. I know both boats have the SV2 hull, but, if given the opportunity, would you opt for the larger boat? (Both will fit in our slip and assuming both are appropriately powered, and of equal soundness, up-keep & appearance/ shininess etc...) Specifically, would you say one was "wetter" than the other?

Any help on your choice and why would be much appreciated.
