225 1999 turnament wiring Simrad 3100 and Lowarnace NEP-2

I have a 1999 tournament with Searay ST Blade Fuse Block, 12 Circuits with Negative Bus and Cover, Model # 3733490. MY Searay positive wire comes from AFT 40 amp temperature circuit breaker. The fuse panel is hot all the time. I recently bought a Simrad3100 and NEP-2 units. These units wire to the underhelm SeaRay fuse panel. AS it is right now, the two units are always on despite tourning off engine key. How can I wire the two units so they shut off when I turn engne key off. The s3100 and lowrance NEP-2 maximum power draw is about 4 amps.

It's not clear what you are asking
What do you mean by accessory or run? What does hot all the time mean? Is that buss hot when battery switch is OFF?
 
From what I have seen the ignition switch does not power or turn on/off accessories on most boats. A better solution would be a switch or small switch panel. Look at New Wire marine for ideas. Hopefully a battery switch does control power to the fuse block.
 
I dont think the fuse block should be on all the time. Typically the fuse block ( accessory block) would be wired with a main breaker near the battery compartment ( you seem to have that breaker) and from there to a switched terminal on the battery switch. That connection would normally be made on the back of a battery switch ( either number one or number two position, For two battery systems, number 2 is deemed the house and number 1 the starting battery.
Find the lead on that 40 a breaker and follow it to see where it is connected. It is now either directly connected to a pos battery terminal and it shouldn't be. If so it has to be moved to a switched position of the battery switch. Note that some loads are meant to be directly to the battery. The aft auto bilge feed is most common. That feed also must have an inline fuse near the battery,
