228 rod holders

Does anybody have pics of their added rod holders? I would like 2 to straddle the motor but looks like they would almost be vertical. How about a gunnel to gunnel with holders on it? I saw the Ausie snapper holder and thought that was interesting but probably not on my boat for say tuna. I like the center rod holders on the 258, that's what I am looking for.

I have a 0 degree holder on each side of the motor. I use them for down riggers mounts and Tri-dents.

I’ve been planning to make a U- shaped assembly that had multiple holders on it that would use the two 0 degree holders as the mount.

I've thought of doing the same thing on my Seafarer.

Seahunter, where do the holders drain? I haven't been serious enough to measure but it appears as though it woudl drain in the bilge.
