235 engine flush

Connecting the engine flush hose fitting to the under gunnel connector is a challenge, so I installed a 90 degree adaptor WITH A CUTOFF VALVE that must stay closed when not in use. It’s below the coating pad & out of the way. Simply attach a water hose and open the 1/4 turn valve to flush the engine.

You might consider adding a short flexible M-F spring hose so that if the fitting gets wacked by something, the hose will flex instead of putting a lot of force on the under gunnel factory fitting.
