25 trophy pro cap seperation

86 25 trophy pro, full transom. Just separated cap from hull, and blocked up about 2 inches. Plan is to pull cap, flip it over onto a rack to re-core the gunnels, dash, etc. probably gonna have 3 cross members to pick with, maybe 15 ft spreader bar and a line truck. Anybody done this before any advice?
 
Not sure if this zip file will open, just couple pics after cap is loose. Also there was this number on the hull under the cap on port side transom.

Bought the boat about a year and a half ago knowing it would be rotten in all the normal places. Hoping to get to work on it quite a bit this spring and summer. I did an 84 22 ft tournament about 8 years ago, so kinda have the same expectations with this one. Really cant wait to get this one cracked open and start cutting. Wish me luck.
