300 Marlen

Looking at 2007 Marlen boat ran 25mph at 4200rpm and only topped out at 5300.
Transom had slight bulge between engines. Is it slow? Water in hull? Wrong props?

Need to know more info. F250’s? Full of fuel? Sea state? Motors trimmed properly?
