All of a sudden there is no water coming out of the jets when I activate the wipers. Plenty of water in the tank. Rear faucet works and forward fresh water tap works. Any ideas? Boat has been sitting for a few months without use. Never had a problem with it before. Appreciate any ideas.

I had this issue a few years ago and it was a small strainer on the fresh water.

My 2018 306 has a little strainer near the fresh water pump. Mine is behind the lower hatch inside the console. It simply unscrews for cleaning.

I never had water coming out of the wiper when activating it.
So i probably have to find and check the filter, but i have a probably different, the old style piano shape console.
The freshwater pump must be the one on the photo, but i can't find a filter nor a t-piece where the hose to the wiper goes.
Or does the wiper has it's own tank and pump?
Yes, there is a cable mess, but not mine as i bought her like this and sooner or later will declutter the whole, difficult to reach compartment

Thanks makes sense!
Hmm, but then there has to be a electro valve or similar somewhere to open only if wiper is on.
I don't use the wiper so i have to investigate (and rtfm ...) to see how that works on my 2011 model, if i have it.

I will try to remember to check tosee exactly how mine operates and take some pics.
That would be helpful. My boat is a 2021 model. The rocker switch has two positions. Wipe without water and wipe with water so the switch must activate a valve some where, so either that is t working or the filter is blocked??

ok.... here goes it..

1. The fresh water switch must be "ON".
2. The strainer must be clean.
3. The hose must not be kinked nor squished by the spring on the wiper arm.
4. The tiny holes on the sprayer must not be plugged up.

Some pics...

Thanks!

I tried it yesterday, no water when freshwater pump and wiper is on.

I probably go to the boat this afternoon to do some stuff on her as wind picks up and fridge has already some Mahi Mahi inside.
Then i will see if the jets are clogged, hose kinked or strainer is clogged, but need to figure out where the strainer is, i did not see the pump mounted one you have, and then second problem would be how to reach it.

Chris

I would suggest disconnecting the hose near the wiper to see if water is making it that far. If it is, then the sprayer is clogged. If it isn't then the issue is further upstream.
