Hi.
I am considering a used 2014 336 or a 2013 366 canyon.
Both boats are impeccable. The 336 has 400 hours, 2 350 yamahas, and the 366 has 800 hours, with trip 350 yamahas. One year of warranty on both boats for the engines. The asking price for the 336 is 225 K and the 366 is 255K. Does anyone have experience with either boat? Plannning to use in Southeast Florida and maybe an occasional Bahamas trip. Thanks in advance.

Were all the yamaha 350 bugs worked out by 2013-2014? This would be my first worry.

And if they have new ecu's installed the hours are reset to zero.

The old rule is bigger is always better. I think both hulls are great. Comes down to what you want to spend to buy and maintain. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Wow... Enjoy that rig. She is huge.

The 36 actually had problems with the 350s. I friend of mine owns a marina/yamaha dealership. The 350's were made in 3 classes, A, B, and C. I actually got my deposit back on the boat and I am doing a sea trial on the 33 tomorrow. The engines (which are also 2014 350's) surveyed perfect! Hope to close by the weekend.

Getting the 33. Probably a better boat for me. Surveyed perfect. Hopefully closing tomorrow. Can't wait.
I was a partner in a 1994 chase 24 that got a new hull in 2007. That was a great boat.
Needed something larger and nicer for cruising and the wife!
