Considering purchasing an 07 360 with triple F250's. Was wondering if other owners could answer a few questions. Realistic fuel burn?, How many adults can it sleep comfortably?, Does helm air make a big difference(how well does it work)?, How many adults can sit in the helm area? Any other thoughts about the boat that I might find informative.

I don't have a 360 to tell you about how many adults can sleep ( i would guess 4 from what i remember) but i have the helm air/heat on my 336 (center console) and it really works, especially the heat. Last year i did not put the side curtains(had them made custom to come to the end of the leaning post) or the wings up and fished till the end of November, let me tell you, that heat really worked great for us.
 
I too don't have a 360 but have a 330 with same engines and have a friend with same boat as you are looking at.
I know the adds say different but 4 adults is realistic. It will hold 1-2 small children as well, but no more adults. Double berth below cockpit is not for those who have concern for small spaces either.
It hears all genset noises if running AC at night too. Helm area will seat 6 adults if need to including at helm chair.
AC at console is great if want to close up curtains at night during summer or heat for spring and fall.
It does little while running except to cool helm seat area slightly but I live in SW fla and like the feel of sea air when running.
The expected fuel economy is .75 statute mile per gallon at 30 mph when have 4-6 adults and full tanks.

I have this exact boat. fuel burn, .8MPG, a little better at 4400RPM a little worst above that. 44MPH is about all i can get out of it. runs really nice at 5K RPM, 32MPH 40/gallons per hour. helm is good for 2-4 adults . i do run the AC in the summer and it is nice to have cool air blowing on you, just don't expect it to be and AC room, just too much heat from the sun, but in the spring and the fall, it is perfect, cause you get some heat, really extends my season. I handle this boat by my self all the time, and it is just fine. my wife and I sleep in the beth underneath, and not an issue. I run in shallow coastal water, and that is why i have the outboards. triples are not an issue. search for posting, I have a few about the boat. good luck.
 
I have that boat. she gets .8 MPG anywhere in the range from 4500 to 4800 RPM. Above that it goes down and below it it goes up. Cruise speed ranges from 32 - 34 MPH depending on wind/tide. Weight makes very little difference. Helm seats 4 plus the captain comfortable. Sleeps 2 in the v berth comfortably (Adults), 1 (Adult or child) in the dinette, and one or two adults in the mid cabin berth. Great boat. I'm goping to sell mine this year but not because I don't love it....It's just time as my kids are grown now. You will love this boat.
 
So are we saying that the helm air just takes the "edge" off in the heat of the summer? I did a search on the boat it it seems as though there are those that think the triple 250's are a little under powered? Can an adult actually sleep on the lowered dinette area? Thanks for all the info

I think i have plenty of power. the 250's are really bullet proof. helm AC- it work and works well. you just can't expect to zip in the curtains and for it to be cold. this summer we were offshore, started to rain. turned and headed in. zipped in all the curtains, and turned on the AC and it was comfortable. you can get the lower AC to really cool the cabin, but the upper/helm there is just a lot of glass etc. no, you can't sleep a adult on the lower dinette. I mean you could but she would have to be short. I have put kids there no problem. Given the prices out there today for used or very lightly used 07 anything you should be fine. I am very happy with my boat, yep a few things i would change, and I keep trying to figure out how to do that, but it really meets my needs/wants.
 
I get 0.7 mpg as an average. I rarely get 0.8. May be because of hard bottom paint?

it seems that wind/weight/load/trim change fuel usage very little.

An adult can sleep in lower dinette very comfortably. when we fish there is one guy up front, one in mid birth and one in the dinette. nobody ever complains. More guys thatn that and there is a lot of touching :-)

You could easily fit 2 couples and 2 small kids for a weekend.

Great boat all around, could not think of why i would need more power. i can do 35mph on 3-5 ft seas and i fly by most sportsfishers. Could not go any faster comfortably in those conditions. This is not a Fountain, it is a 20k lbs boat that can handle 6-8 ft seas like a 45-50ft boat.
 
I just ordered mine with Triple New generation OS V6 300's. The test data shows 1 MPG. I hope that is true...the cost savings on a long trip willbe substantial. After speaking with the engineers at Grady, the 300's felt like the way to go. I have the 350's on my 336 and they are great engines....but 3 of them on the 36 seemed to give not much additional performace, lots of addtional weight and less MPG.
