360 Express Power question

I was looking for feedback from 360 Express owners on the differences in performance between using dual 350s and triple 350s....

i have trip 250's. seems to run great with this package. i for sure would only go with twin's. i know there are guys out there with the trip 350's but for me, the 750hp seems to be a good package. you ordering or just looking?

We run twin 350's, and they are perfect for the boat. I would not even consider triples -- no need.

I checked today -- full fuel and water, two adults on board, bottom paint (wet slip, in since May 1). Seas were relatively flat today. We cruised at about 4,500 RPM's, speed about 30 MPH, 0.7 MPG. The top end is 5,500 RPM's, 40 MPH, 0.6 MPG. Can't get fuel consumption higher than about 0.7 when on plane; in the range of 1.2 at very low speeds.
