86 241 offshore thru hull

Hello all,
I need some advice on replacing the port and starboard thru hull fittings for the fish box on a 1986 241. I can't reach the fitting from the screw out deck plate that is mounted vertically.

On mine I had no choice but to cut a 5 inch hole to get to it and put a screw in hatch.
Sealed and used stainless screws bedded in 5200.
it was the only way I could get to it.

I had to cut the fishbox and then resealed with epoxy and fiberglass.

I will be doing the same thing this winter on my Offshore.
