Just acquired my first Grady and im super excited! I haven't done much poking around as of yet but can anyone tell me where the best place(s) are to source replacement parts? Console cover, window molding, etc etc. Anything and everything one would expect to replace on a boat this age. Thanks in advance all!!!

don't know about original replacement parts - but a few things to replace if they're looking old is the 40A main breaker switch mounted on the transom/in the bilge, its usually on the starboard side if you've got a factory bracket boat. Blue Sea makes a nice replacement.
Make sure your seacocks work the one for the livewell is a b#### to get to, and check your thru hulls for cracks around the inside walls.
Gemlux has nice stainless parts, thru hull, deck drains, rod holders...
random stuff - Jamestown Distributors, Great Lakes Skipper both have a lot of stuff.
Boat striping can be found w/an internet search, also https://www.boatus.com/boatgraphics/striping.asp

Agree with the above. If you have the original plastic thruhulls I wouldn't use it until you replace. Half mine fell apart as I replaced them. I would pop your inspection hatches or coffin lids for the fuel tanks. Check your the bilge pumps. You should have one fore/aft (I would add a second aft). The wiring on the Grady isn't the best. Check your grounds.

Parts specific to Grady? eBay
Wiring - https://www.genuinedealz.com/ & https://newwiremarine.com/
General - https://www.defender.com/
30% of deals with promo - https://www.overtons.com/

Other than Amazon, those are a few I use.

A few years back I was given an 84 TrophyPro 254 that had fallen off it's trailer 25 years ago. The hull was perfect with less than 1000 hours on it but top. row rail and windhsields were wrecked. I was able to find a an exact match model wise, but the hull was trash with rot and cracks but parts I needed were very usable. I paid a price a bit high for the boat for the shape it was in but the parts I needed were all there and for me it was a real bargain. You might just want to look around and see is you can find a similar situation.
