I've been searching that situation on our 24' Offshore with swim platform too. All that I have found so far is various mounting setups directly on swim platform with bracket secured to transom. Being that my Grady has a teak swim platform, I am contemplating using a suitable type kicker bracket, and notching/reinforcing swim platform where needed. It seems that some type of "jackplate" secured on transom that would allow kicker to go straight up and down through opening in swim platform would be a good idea, but I have not found one on the market as of yet. I would imagine it would need some type of power assist. Anyone seen anything like this?
