'93 Sailfish Flush Mount Project - 3/2/08 Update

Both the upper and lower e-box panels are now cut to size. I now have to make the cutouts for the VHFs and stereo and put a 1/8" roundover on the edges before I can install the stuff and mount the panels. The Floscan won't be moved in this initial effort. That's being put on hold for now...

I got the 1/8" roundover done on both panels this morning and then layed out and cut the openings on the upper e-box panel for a trial fit.

I have some fine tuning to do prior to mounting, but overall I'm happy with the outcome.

That's the plan Pete.

Pay not attention to that GW190T guy, he's just jealous because my boat doesn't have any stripes... :D :D :D Actually, he's my brother. It's his job to give me a hard time. :)

Once again very nice work. It looks great to someone like me that cannot cut a straight line!

Have you made any provision for venting these compartments to prevent heat build up. Seems to me I remember some having issues in the Grady's with the enclosed pop up dash.
