Think I have a bad sending unit for the aux fuel tank on my Islander.
I have the fresh water tank and it seems as though the aux fuel tank is under the fresh water tank.
There's an access port at the stern of the hatch at the helm deck........if that makes sense.
There's another access port at the fwd end of the hatch over the main tank. I can feel the fuel fill and vent hoses for the aux tang and I think the wires for the sending unit.
Seems like I will need to remove the hatch on the helm deck, and remove the fresh water tank to get access to the aux sending unit.
Any comments?......Looks like a job for next winter!
