Access to Back of Dash on Freedom 307

Hello, I'm new to forum and pretty new to boating. I am looking to upgrade the Garmin 5212 on my 2012 Freedom 307. These units are mounted with studs that can only be removed from back of the unit as I understand it. Anybody know the best way to gain access to back of dash on 307?

Take a look inside the storage locker in front of the helm, there may be a removable panel that allows access to the helm
