On my GW 205 freedom, the floor drains that lead overboard aren't draining. I think it has something to do with the rubber gaskets. is there an easy way to replace those? (I can get the water to drain if I push on the rubber.)
Need more information. All the Grady floor drains that I've ever seen do not have rubber gaskets. There are rubber, one-way flaps on the fittings where the water drains and exits the hull. Gravity and water pressure should allow these flaps to open and drain water. If they need changing, the rubber flaps are readily available from a variety of sources.

Use the hose and blast them out. Then stick your finger in the flap and push it inside the thru hill so your finger can get under it, pull it out and up. The crap usually collects behind the flap. Once you have it cleared, blast it again. Prob a collection of leaves, twigs and other stuff from fall/winter.

I have a Freedom 215 and have had a similar issue when the flaps get inverted (stuck inward). Try to blast them outward with a hose or use a small tool to flip them outboard. That's what worked for me.

You might be on to something there. I thought it was odd that he used the word "push"... but I made an assumption that he just used the wrong word since it would be obvious that the flaps weren't right if they were pushed into the hole and not acting like they should... and that the obvious fix would be to pull them back out
Beaur... is this boat kinda new to you and your first boat with scuppers? That would explain why you're not familiar with them.
Oh... wait... I just noticed you're only 19... that explains it!
