Anybody added a trolling motor to the 273 Chase?

Thinking about doing that project in the next few months and hoping to get some insight…. would love to see pics and tips if you’ve done it. I have seen multiple trolling motors added to the Marlin but haven’t seen one on a Chase yet.

I was thinking about the same thing as a winter project. Hoping to get some more insight with your post.

I was thinking about this Minnkota Riptide Terrova with 112lbs of thrust and all the spot lock and auto pilot features.

Seems to have gotten some good reviews from what I have read, but haven't seen it on a Chase yet either.

Now I have to figure out where to put a few extra batteries on board and get the wife on board with the $3200 price tag without batteries or installation

Capt. Jim, will keep you in the loop on my project. I agree, the placement of the batteries is my current challenge. I am thinking of using the same trolling motor you mention above.
