Anyone in the Wilmington, NC area?

Might anyone have some time to perhaps look over a grady I am seriously considering? I do not live in the area and wanted to get a better idea about the boat before I plan a trip down there, find a local surveyor, and make some serious moves.

Would anyone be able to help, or make any suggestions for me?

I, too, am in Wilmington and live near Wrightsville Beach. I have a 2005 Grady 209 Escape. PM me if I can help. Only problem is I'm leaving town next Tuesday, 3/22.

I really appreciate all of the replies! With a good amount of thought, I have decided that I am really going to focus on finding a SeaV2 hull and this one is not.
