are all tw3 oils the same

I just filled my 2 stroke tank with Penzol "Synthetic" TW3 2 stroke oil
What does the term synthetic mean and i noticed my west marine oil tw3 does'nt say synthetic. am i in for trouble?

you're not in for trouble.....synthetics are better than conventional oils....just google the term and you'll find tons of info on it...if you were using regular old West Marine brand, you'll be fine...may even smoke a little less....mine do.
