Hi - sharing a brief video showing discovery through finished project. It's a 14 min video with video, still shots, and more video. The boat came out FAR better than I could have asked for or expected.

I have a strong recommendations to reseal your through hull fittings. In addition to the water line through hull fittings, mine also leaked at the rub rail.
If you are in the north east and need this kind of repair work done, I highly recommend Verol Stedford who did my project. His contact info is in the text description on the video on youtube.

Great job documenting the process. I’m surprised how wet it was underneath, especially on the port side. The work turned out amazing. You’ve got a new boat now. Lots of season left in New England too.

Thanks. I had never repacked the thruhulls. Never knew I needed to until this. But will do it every 5 years from now on. One factor is the 4 stroke / heavier engines in 2023 and with full tanks the boat sat at the thru hull level, but I suspect it was getting wet for years before that.. The rub rail was also leaking on port side..
