Bennett trim tabs question

Does anyone know the distance that the trim tabs are supposed to travel from full up to full down? After filling the resevoir, I'm only getting about 3" of travel from full up to where they stop. Both sides appear to be doing the same thing.

Agreed. Never exactly measured but don't think you could expect much more than that based on my experience.
