Hello. I have a 1997 GW Tigercat and today when I walked past the boat on the side of the hull above the water line I saw a 6-7 inch around blister. I am guessing it is a blister, I can push on it with my hand and it goes in a little. I just waxed the hull about 3 weeks ago and did not see this. Weird thing is how far above the water line it is. We only keep the boat in the water for 3 months out of the year. What do I do? Do you think I can use it as is for a little while,Rock Fish season just started and want to fish. Plus I am sure it will cost a good bit to fix it and funds are not that high right now. Would like some feedback from everyone. Going to call Grady White in the morning and send them a pic just to see what they think.

Looks like you were left dry!

The hull sides on your model may be cored with balsa, if so, it may have entered and seperated the two skins. Otherwise perhaps not bonded well. That's al I can think of.

Call your neareat Grady dealer and have them look at it advise you on someone to call, Grday has authporized repairers around.

Both repair cost estimate and if there should be a concern as you asked, will be covered.
