Bilge Pump size?

Can anyone recommend the proper size bilge pump for my 252G?
Recommendation on brand as well?

I just replaced the Rule 1500 with another Rule 1500 in my 24 Offshore. Also installed a Rule 350/380 in cabin bilge area. Would have placed a larger capacity in cabin bilge, but height space is restricting,

On my 1989 Seafarer, I am replacing my cabin bilge with the original 1000 RULE (due to size) and in the back I am upgrading to a Rule 1500 as well as a backup Rule 1500 (with independent float switch and manual turn on)

You may need to step up to the next size up RULE's for your boat.

If you're replacing a pump, go with the largest capacity that will fit. If you don't have the plumbing (or want to change it), go with the largest capacity that will fit the plumbing. Use smooth-walled tubing with as few sharp turns as possible. If you don't think what will fit is large enough, install another. Bilge pumps are like batteries, never heard of one being too powerful ... :wink:
