Bimini 306 12 volt outlet locations

Hello everyone....
Has anyone installed a 12v outlet for a electric reel on a 2009 306 Bimini CC? I want to use it for my deep drop setup. What location and how is the wiring run from the batteries?
I am guessing I need a outlet on both port and staboard gunnels??
