So has anyone received tickets to the NYC boat show this year from GW? The past few years I've had friends and family get a few but haven't heard much this year..

I haven't received them for a few years now. I suspect they get the list from local dealers - call Dante or Buddy.
Virtually free tickets. I purchased them online yesterday, (last day for online discount) for $10.00 and selected a refund of $7.00 for not selecting a magazine subscription. Saltwater Sportsman was not on the list. $3 for ticket is cheap enough.
I haven't gotten tickets in a number of years now. So I call a dealer who also leavesthem at the will call booth.
so I take it that it is S.O.P for dealers or boat manufacturers to give boat show tix to good customers? I have purchased 3 GW in the last year and a half and have yet to get a free boat show ticket. Come to think of it...other than a tote bag that came with the 336 I have gotten nothing from Grady (in all fairness my 360 is not delivered yet) but maybe I'll hit up my dealer for boat show tickets in Boston.

My father received tickets for years after he purchased his new Gulfstream in 05 and I know of a few others that got tickets too, but I never received any even after the new Marlin purchase. But I got an invite from Pursuit this year if I made an appt. they would meet me at the door escort us in and even check out coats. My father did get a ticket from Evinrude this year which is kinda funny because he hasnt owned an Evinrude for about 6 years.
