Bow ladder

Have you guys ever seen someone use something like this? it looks like a 6ft telescoping ladder. I am on the beach a lot and this would be ideal because my wife makes me turn the boat around so she can get in on the stern ladder.
i really don't want to mount a ladder to the bow so this looks like a good option.
