Hey folks, have any of you installed a bow troll motor on a 263?

I don't recall who it was,, but someone (relatively recently) went through this on a boat of about your size. Take a look back through the threads (maybe find it with a search) and you should be able to find the discussion.

I would love to have a 96" Rhodan on my 25' Sailfish, but man, that is very long. I watched how "Out on the Reef" Youtube did it on his Parker 21 and think can do similar on the Grady....no bow rail removal or mod. Just push it out the 8' and then it can swing down into the water past the rail.
Hope someone does this on one of the Grady's to see how it went. We are talking about a $5K install though.

Just ordered the Rhodan 36v 96" for my Sailfish 282. Ready for the game changer. I was thinking about getting a (1) 36v 100amp lithium iron battery or (3) 12v 80 amp batteries. Pros and cons, weight and power.
What has worked best for others? Post some pics. Thanks

Looking to pick up (1) 36v 100amp lithium iron battery or (3) 12v 80 amp batteries. Pro and cons?

I am not sure I trust the Li-Ion's just yet. Also don't see how one battery has the stamina of 3 batteries for capacity. Also, check this video about Li-Ion batteries:

Lithium iron as oppose to lithium ion. Batteries have been in bass boats for years , not too worried about it. Fires are due to poor workmanship.
