Cabin holding tank odor

there is a nasty odor in the cabin smells like shit lol. I have a jabsco electric head and holding tank. Any way to air this thing out ? Boat is new to me

I just replaced all of my sanitation hoses and the odor went away. My hoses were 20 years old and I guess that they eventually lose the battle of keeping the stench in. This is the only solution that I tried.

If your head is letting the bowl backfill when not in use you may need to replace the joker valve (one way vavle) tto eliminate back flow.
