Cabin Leaks

I have a 92 sailfish and am experiencing some cabin leaks in the area that is between my starboard window and where the footing for the hard top is located. Unfortunatly is has stained the carpeting. I did have some fiberglass work done to fix what I thought was the issue but there still appears to be water getting in. Anyone have experience with this? Fixes? Tips for the water stains....any and all help is greatly appreciated.

All you have to leak is the forward starboard window, starboard wiper motor, horn wires, leg feet bolts, and two hardtop legs with the outer one wiring down the middle of tube into cabin.

You may have water entering outer leg where hole is drilled near hardtop and follows the wirie into the cabin.
