What year is the boat?
There are fabricators who made the canvas for Grady. They usually can make the panels using original patterns. Generally they are not allowed by Grady to do so for boats under 2(?) years old. For those you have to go to Grady direct or an independent canvas shop.
As to whether your quote is reasonable is hard to say but it is in the ballpark I think. Price varies depending on the material used (both canvas and clear plastic)
A shop probably will not install the snaps since without the original patterns, it is difficult to get them accurately located. You have to do the snaps or you have to have a canvas shop do the fitting.
