Carpet liner

Hey all. Have a pretty straight forward question. My 192 tournament has a carpet liner in the bow storage boxes and also under the port and starboard storages areas. By the looks of the installation, this was done at the factory. Question: the liner in the bow storage boxes has come undone from the fiberglass and it is basically just a crumpled mess. I am inclined to use an adhesive from the hardware store that is used specifically to affix outdoor carpeting - such as on patios. Is this the correct product to use, or am I running the risk of damaging the fiberglass? Thanks!

I used glue spray glue from home depot to secure the carpet on my Striper with no issues. I'm sure that's all they used from the factory.

Great! I will pick some up and make the repair. Hadn't thought of spray adhesive, but it makes sense. Thanks again for the advice.
