I have a 257 center console and fish Montauk for several weeks in the fall. The raised casting platform is a bit treacherous in big seas. I've seen other boats (like Sea-Crafts) with custom raised railings around the bow. I am looking to have the same built for my 257, hopefully in a way that's removeable for most of the season when I don't need it.
Any suggestions on where I might be able to have one made would be appreciated. I am in the NY area. Thank you.
