Chill Plate Question

Those of you with cockpit coolers do you notice one side gets much colder than the other. On my 305 express the plates are exposed, on the port cooler the front plate gets ice on it and on the rear fish box the rear plate gets ice. The other two plates get cold but no ice. Just curious if that’s normal.

im having an issue with mine also. i have an 07 330 express the one at my helm gets ice cold cant control the temp everything just freezes solid regardless of the temp i set it on and my fishbox ones dont get cold at all?
