On my 87 24 offshore i need to replace the coaming /seatback pads that are on the two rear seats on either side of the engine cover. Any one have any experience making their own, buying new ones,or the ones from seadek (look like a wetsuit material with adhesive but really thick. the wood on one rotted out and the vinyl on the other is all cracked.

I called Grady and because my boat (265 Express) is no longer in production, they gave me the phone # for their supplier of bolster material (Wise Co in SC)...it took awhile, but I was able to buy the factory replacemnt product - brought it to a pro to do, but you cant tell the diffence between the bolsters and one seat i had redone, (meaning they fabric and color is exactly the same as the onese that didnt need to be redone)
