2000 265 express need to replace combo sink/shower head faucet in bathroom. Any advice.Thanks

Do you have hot water? Are you ever going to shower?
You could get a simple single valve faucet. Let me know what you find cuz I’ll be looking too
they come out by turning the nut on top where the hose goes through

I do have hot water but have only used the shower cold when coming off the beach to rinse sand off.I will let you know what I find.

maybe try Camping World or an RV parts supplier? Not that RVing is inexpensive but maybe you get somewhat of a break from the "marine premium"?
