My Better 9/10ths and I found our retirement property and put in an offer and it was accepted! We were scratching to come up with the 20% down and that included having our 204C up for sale!

I got a call from the lender who said that because our credit was so good he could get us the loan with only 10% down! That man is getting a Christmas present of some fresh grouper!

Yes, we're keeping the boat! The move won't happen for another year or two, but when we do go, she comes with us so we can haul her to the Puget Sound, back to Pensacola, the Great Lakes, etc.
