Dead livewell pump on Sailfish 272

A while ago someone posted a quick tutorial on R/R the livewell pump.
Looks at first glance like an imposing task.
Can someone give me a refresher?

Livewell pump

I'm not sure how different the Sailfish is from my Islander but on my boat its not a big deal. The pump is a Rule cartridge pump that snaps out of the pump housing. I did mine thru the round access port.

Two wires. Put a voltmeter across the leads to see if its a bad switch, breaker, etc. You could have a bad connection at the pump (crimp, etc.) .

Most likleyis a bad pump. The pumps do go bad and are available.
