Decal Touch Up Paint

The Grady decals on my 1986 Sailfish have some scratches and I would like to touch them up with paint. They are firm and do not need replacement. Has anyone found a paint for this purpose? Grady will sell me the whole decal, but that is not needed yet.

There was an old timer who used to come to our yard and paint/repaint boat names and such. He could pretty mutch match anything. He had a palate and one of those bumper/rod thingies. I don't think there are a lot of those artists out there.
That said, custon car shops may be able to hook you up with a striper, not the stick on guys buy the guys with those thin badger brushes and a good eye.

I got the same problem. I was going to go to Autozone and try some midnight blue for starters.

For color matching, the Pantone color is PMS 295 blue.
