Good afternoon -
Need any help I could get on where I could obtain those black rubber O rings or gaskets that are on the Deck Access Plates. I have a 93 Explorer. The ones on my GW are loose and I feel its just a matter of time before some water gets in there or I lose one. Thank you in advance. I have tried WM store and I thought they were extremely expensive on similar items.

I got mine at a marine supply store. They were about 4 bucks each (6 inch access plates)if I remember correctly. Bring one of the access covers with you to insure you get the correct ring.
That said, new covers ( mounting flange, cover and gasket) can be purchased for 15 dollars and up depending on type, brand and size. If the existing covers are worn or just don't look 'pretty' new ones can be an option.

I replaced all mine a few years ago. I got them from the local Grady dealer. If you haven't tried yet, give your nearest dealer a call. They should be able to ship them to you.

Look on the underside of the cover for manufacturer name, call the manufacturer and ask 'em where you can get the 'O' rings. They may just send you a few ...

GW has used a few manufacturers. Measure the diameter as I beleive some are 5" and some 6". From ~2001 on GW used 6" inspection ports from Beckson Marine.

There is a link at the bottom for gaskets.

GW uses the diamond beige ones I believe. Consider replacing the pry out ones with the screw in ones in your euro transom if applicable for extra safety. The last thing I'd want is to have one pop in rough seas out there.
