I have a Islander 270 with twins. I want to add a second boarding ladder but having problems finding one that will work. With an 8.5' beam and twins there isn't much room on the transom and thru bolting the transom near the lifting ring poses a real problem because you can not reach down inside the transom to secure a backing plate or the nut. Simply can not get into such a small space. Grady must have put the lifting rings/tow eyes on during assembly.
