Anyone have a swim platform dive tank rack? I'm open to some deck racks but really like the idea of having them out of the way for trolling.
Thanks
Nick

i've got a 228g seafarer with a full width motor bracket and have been thinking the same thing. i haven't pulled the trigger yet, but the roll control system is what i have been thinking about http://www.diversdirect.com/scuba-divin ... able-rack/ the boat i dove from to get certified had something similar. They worked pretty well but were inside the boat in that case. If i put them out on my swim platform i will definitely put a secondary strap of some kind back there just in case. sea sucker makes a similar rack only their product does not screw in, it simply suctions to any flat spot. supposedly they work pretty well. http://www.seasucker.com/product-category/diving/

Whatever rack you go with --- Be sure to check clearances for tilting the engine(s) fully up if mounting on stern or swim platform.

I have the Roll-Control system on my 28' Release in the cockpit area and they work great. SeaSucker is also very good, but extremely expensive. You should only go with those if you do not want to drill holes.
