Does anyone know what kind of GW boat this is?

I'm looking at buying this boat but the owner doesn't know much of any information about it. He thinks it is a 1978 but I think it looks more like a 1970, I have never owned a GW,

It looks like a 212-c Nassau or a 212 Chesapeake
