Have a 2003 330 Express with fixed pedestal. Want to replace it with an adjustable height pedestal so that line of sight is either over or under the windshield/eisenglass seam line. Anybody replaced theirs and if so with what? Also considering shock absorbing pedestal given I have an artificial hip and knee.

Check out Llebroc. They have fixed, adjustable and shock. I went with a fixed with my new chair.
I think the older stock ones with the Pompanette chairs loosen up far too much with age. If you go adjustable, get a good one.
